i'm having a problem about creating a vb code, i can't seem to work out the conversion of ascii to decimal and vice versa. unlike in c and cpp where you can just use %d... anyone? i would appreciate all the help and info i can get... thanks

asc() function converts an ascii (well, ansi) character to its decimal equivalent. Not sure about reverse.
