vmware on freebsd

anyone know how i set this up? i installed the linux base, mounted its proc fs, when i go to start vmware2.0 it says it cant start module /dev/vmmon. when i checked it wasnt there so i made a link to where it was in the linux directory...still didnt work, anybody know what to do?
