Where can I find ASPMail to relay mail for 3rd party

I'm a beginner to ASP but would like to have some ASP code for writing refer your friends webpage. I have been trying to search from many websites but could get the code for sending ASPMail only from my SMTP server to another person, not from server of the person who refers mail to his friend. Pls recommend me if anybody knows where to get it. Thanks in advance.
