Question Which books to buy

So I'm a newbie and I'm going in over my head, but what other way is there to do it? I've taken on a little project. I'm designing a website running an an Apache server that will use PERL to write to, read from, edit, query, and parse data from a MySQL database running on a Mandrake 8.0 Linux box. I only know a little bit about PERL, a little more about Linux, less than that about Apache, and basically nothing about MySQL. So if you could recommend a good book, I would REALLY appreciate it. Some advice about where the hell to start would be nice too. I've actually gotten most of the web pages designed, dynamically I might add, to cover most of the "add info" bases. I don't really need help with Linux, and Apache seems to be running okay. But this whole PERL/MySQL stuff is killing me. Thanks.

If your short on mySQL you can't do much better than using their official site mysql.com. You can join their mailing list which is excellent in terms of the advice available and willingness of users to help.<br>mysql.com <br>
