Account Creaton

Hi -

This is a multi-question Post

when I create a new users, I would like the following to happen

1. it creates the user account in (already does)
2. create home directory (already does)
3. create public_html folder in /home/user
4. copys files from /home/WWW/defualt to new users /home/public_html/ directory

So when signs up with me, when they go to http://domain/~username it works

Thank you, I am new to apache, and freebsd, I am just trying to create a new setup for my family and friends.

ps I configured apache to use ~username already. Just wanted to let you all know that, I think what I am looking for is a skeleton? but not sure.
