You mean more partition space? You could use something like partition magic, but I prefer to do something like this:
1. Purchase a new hard-drive
2. Temporarily mount your new hard drive under /mnt
3. Use pax to copy data from old /usr to new /mnt partition
4. Edit your /fstab and mount your old /usr as /usr.old and mount the new disk at /usr
5. Reboot to test your new fstab. Voila!
