Question Dhcp
Hello all .. it is me again..

I need to know how to setup the DHCRELAY agent service on my openBSD Box? I am actually using it as firewall ... is there any rules that I should add in the PF.conf ?

Where's the DHCP server daemon running on anyway? On the OpenBSD box or somewhere else. If it is running on the OpenBSD box, you need to open ports 67 and 68 for UDP.
