FreeBSD 5.3 - sk98lin driver problems
I have an Asus P5AD2 Premium motherboard which includes a built-in NIC requiring the use of the sk98lin driver.
I followed the instructions here: http://www.syskonnect.com/syskonnec...d52x86-6.05.htm
...to no avail. The device comes up as unrecognized. I had similar problems in Gentoo Linux, but I fixed them by using the driver and instructions straight from the manufacturer's website (like I am doing now for FreeBSD, only it is not working).
I noticed this near the top of dmesg:
Code:
link_elf: symbol m_gethdr undefined
KLD file if_yk.ko - could not finalize loading
The problem is, I don't know what it means or what I should do to fix it. Help.
