That's OpenBSD actually . They're the only ones that are committed to making releases every 6 months.

By the way, the RC series aren't really official releases. Release Candidates are really another way of saying "Beta Release".

If you look at distrowatch, that's quite a few releases, it was just the other day i was downloading 5.4
