FreeBSD 7.2 and AMD64/GeForce 9400
Hi,
I successfully installed FreeBSD 7.2 and configured X server and KDE 4 on AMD 64bit machine with Gigabyte motherboard GA-M61PME-S2P and graphics GeForce 6100. But, on the same configuration with GeForce 9400 GT instead of 6100, Xorg script cannot be even started successfully. I tried also to compile nVidia driver, but seems that it is 32bit driver. Is there some 64bit driver or some other solution is possible? I've searched forums, they say that this feature will be fixed with FreeBSD 7.3 because of some kernel changes. Is it the only option to wait 7.3 release?
