I just finished the FreeBSD install and I can't start KDE 3.1.4 <--i'll upgrade that soon
I need the commands after.. XFree86 -configure I need the cp /root/XF86Config....to where? and the xinitrc command Thank You!, I forgot a lot of these commands after a long time with only playing with Linux and Mac. :P |

Desktop Environments in the FreeBSD Handbook.. which you may or may not find at /usr/local/doc/handbook (i believe, i'm not at my freeBSD box at the moment)
EDIT : i did have it as "5.7 Desktop Environments", 5.7 meaning section 7 of chapter 5.. however, i realised that even though it'll be about 3 years before it actually is the newest version of FreeBSD, some might read 5.7 as a version number.. so i took it out for clarity.
