Question FreeBSD mod_php 4.3.6?

I am trying to use the port "mod_php4" but on every single mirror it says that my local modification time doesn't match remote(server's) modification time. It also says port manually into "/usr/ports/diskfiles" what does that mean?

Thanks You!
