FreeBSD with Windows Server
ok I want to install FreeBSD on this test pc I got connected which runs some eggdrops and an apache/php/mysql server, now this pc gets internet threw a win2k machine using windows' shared internet option.. now my question is will I still be able to share my internet connection threw my win2k machine to the FreeBSD pc?
so FreeBSD basicly gets its internet threw Win2k.. is that possible? |

Yes. Simply setup your FreeBSD machine to use DHCP.
But you probably won't be able to use the remote control features (dial/hangup). But I didn't look that up, you have a good chance that even this is possible. hth, M.
