have to unplug/replug my usb mouse to use it !
hello,
ive just installed freebsd 4.10/i386.
i'm new to unix & bsd in particular, everything seems to work, except two things. My usb mouse & xsane-preview mode.
My mouse:
i 've checked that all the kernel devices & options & /etc/rc.conf inserts needed ro use a usb mouse are present. The problem is when I [B]power on/[B] my pc, i have to unplug/replug my mouse to make it detect. If I reboot the mouse remain detected. I tried with bios "plug and play OS" enabled or disabled: the problem remains.
XSane:
i installed xsane 92 then 93 to use my usb-scanner. when i use the preview mode, xsane crashes and returns a
[B]segmentation fault(core dumped)/[B]
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
