How to display a motd on an xterm?
I can't seem to get the motd to display on an xterm. It shows up fine on telnet and ftp sessions. However xterm just displays the command prompt.
Anybody know if X does not use the motd? If it doesn't, what are your suggestions on the cleanest solution? Thanks in advance
