Inetd warning

Hi every body,
I'm a n.b in bsd i install it successfully and also run some services too, for inetd I'm getting a warning like given below.
"Dec 2 20:38:09 hostname inetd[PID] : ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use"

I checked the ip addres but this is a private ip and have no conflict in my lan wirh other IP's, I could not understand what is this, my machine is working fine and have nothing else, this machine is made for practice and learning of BSD,
pls some body could help me to tell what kind of this error is and how can it be solved.

What service are you trying to run from inetd? It may already be running as a separate daemon.

Please also paste the output of ps -xa and netstat -an here.
