linux_base ports libdb.so.3
I'm trying to get iPlanet Directory Server 5.1 running on my box, I have sucsessfully installed (fully running without problems) it on a firends computer (freebsd) now I am trying to get it on mine. I have installed linux_base-7.1_5 and have it all set up and running. The main problem I'm having is the setup program is looking for libdb.so.3 but I don't seem to be able to find what port installs this file, on my firends computer we didn't run in to this so he has something installed that adds it, but he has over 200 ports installed and I don't want to install those on mine since it's a server and basicly will only be running the Direcotry Server.
So any ideas what port installs this?

Is this libdb.so.3 the Berkeley DB lib? If so, go to /usr/ports/databases and there are sub-directories called db2, db3, db4 and db41, that install various versions of Berkeley DB. See if installing /usr/ports/databases/db3 helps you out. Hope this helps

I tried installed db3 but it doesn't create that exact file, but it does create libdb3.so.3 may it's the same one.
