Looking for an "Experienced" FREEbsd Server Admin

To Whom It May Concern:

We are a custom web development firm that hosts in-house and are looking for a company or web admin to manage our web servers. Management will include making sure all servers are running efficiently. All servers are running FREEbsd, Apache and MySQL except for one which runs Lightppd. They are all currently backing up to one onsite large back up server which is almost out of space. We have been building websites now for over 8 years and have our own PHP based proprietary software. In total there are 10 web servers and one backup server. The web admin services we are currently interested in weekly server management to make sure servers are running smooth. Memory, clearing logs, etc, etc! The second service needed is setting up vendor access credentials through our ticketing system. Vendor server access credentials include creating access credentials to one of our 10 hosting servers for a particular vendor to develop on. This access is limited to that access only. Included you will need to provide the vendor with a base code of our e-commerce base code, database structure and tables and backend CMS login credentials which can be found on one of our 10 servers. Typically there are 1 - 2 server access credentials set up per week. Once the access credentials and base code are set, you may close the ticket. Access credentials must be set up within 24 hours of the ticket being issued. We manage the vendor from that point forward. Pretty much that is it.

The web admin work above will be managed weekly by the person or company and will need to be billed to us on a monthly support plan.

We are willing to sign a monthly agreement after we have received service for one full month and determine that you are experienced and that we are serviced at the right level. Can someone please contact me ASAP! We are ready to begin next week on Monday. Please post if you are interested.

Regards,
George Jett

You're better off posting in the "Hire a programmer" section.
