quota not enabled
What is the reason that quota is not enabled on the default kernel
and you need to configure, build and install a custom kernel to enable quota? |

This is FreeBSD specific. NetBSD and OpenBSD have it in the GENERIC kernel. Have no idea why FreeBSD doesn't enable it in GENERIC though
