rsync doesnt preserve file ownership
Trying to backup our users' files but after the rsync procedure is done, I noticed the owner's name and group didnt transfer over.
On the backup server, everything is set to nobody:wheel I've used the --owner --group --perms options |

rsyncd not run by root user on the other end perhaps?
rsync -qrpogtu works great for me.
