trouble setting up virtual machine for vmware
I just installed vmware2 from ports and im having trouble setting up a windows 2k virtual machine. When i go to create a virtual disk using the wizard, vmware2 doesnt allow me to create a drive larger than 2gb. It spits this error out at me:
Quote:
Because of limitations of the host file system the maximum allowable virtual hard disk size is 2047 megabytes |
i dont get what the problem is, i have an 80 gb harddrive and /usr has 65gb free. of course im trying to install windows into /usr/windows. any ideas? currently running FreeBSD 4.9-Release
