    About file browser

    Hi folks,

    OpenBSD4.0 amd64
    Fvwm - light weight desktop

    I'm running scp, ssh, sftp etc. to share files on LAN. There is no problem running command line to transfer files. However I can't browse files on another PC to transfer files with drag-n-drop because no File-Brower nor Konqueror installed. On googling I found amp-fbrowser;

    http://sourceforge.net/projects/amp-fbrowser

    I can't find its package on ports;

    # pkg_info showpkg amp-fbrowser
    Code:
    Error from ftp://ftp.it.net.au/mirrors/OpenBSD/4.0/packages/amd64/:
    550 showpkg.tgz: No such file or directory
    Error from ftp://ftp.it.net.au/mirrors/OpenBSD/4.0/packages/amd64/:
    550 amp-fbrowser.tgz: No such file or directory
    Please advise where to get it download other than on sourceforge site. Are there other suggestions on File-browser. TIA

    If you want to use Konqueror. It is an easy install from packages:
    http://www.openbsd.org/4.0_packages/amd64.html

    Otherwise you'll need to install ampf-browser from source, as there doesn't appear to be a port or package for it yet. Better still, you should submit a port
