I have seen packages for such things starting at $2500 or around there. That is for a business style page with e-commerce and management both front and back. They go up from there depending on extras, size, etc....

The easiest way to find a quote is to:

1. Define rate per hour, usually between $20 and $50 for a freelancer. More if there is a team working on the project.
2. Define the amount of time each of the individual items would take you to develop/design them. More programmers == less time needed to complete project however rate per hour is higher.
3. Multiply rate per hour and total time needed then round out the number higher or lower. If you end up with $2130 then you should round down to $2100 or round up to $2200 - $2500. I like to round numbers to the hundreds place.
