We are look more at some thing that can monitor the call center not help it. so for example:-

= Answered/Missed
Call Center = 35/9
Person A = 10/2
Person B = 10/1
Person C = 15/6

prefably in a nice bar chart or pie car and there other things also like how long each person is on the line what numbers there calling all the time. some what like a intomised mobile phone bill

Yes that would be prefered system.

  • I have tryed TIM but thats loging the calls in duplicate
  • I have tryed Proteus but thats to simple as it only logs every call.
  • I have tryed Oak IAOffice but that did not work.
  • Currently trying Telcost

We do have a UNIX Box but thats running intellect which is important for the company so would be better if it was Widnows Based.

Our Phone System uses "Avaya (v5.2.141) (Network Alchemy)" and we have 32 lines in the building but only need to monitor about 8 of them every day.
