Call Managment System
Im looking for a call managment system for a small call center thats running on Network Alchemy.
I have tryed Oak aiOffice & Proteus CallManager are there any othere that people recomend. A web connection would be nice also? |

Yes that would be prefered system.
We do have a UNIX Box but thats running intellect which is important for the company so would be better if it was Widnows Based. Our Phone System uses "Avaya (v5.2.141) (Network Alchemy)" and we have 32 lines in the building but only need to monitor about 8 of them every day.
