Can Anyone Help me?
I would like to start a ringtone business but would like special software developed because it will be a little different. I will also need someone for web design. Can anyone let me know where I should start ? Or maybe recommend someone that's good. Any info would be helpful.

Shi, welcome to Devshed

I would suggest you should come up with most latest technology that should be not quite old in some of countries. You should ready to compete with the big giant like Mediaplazza and Jamster ( jamster offering a "white label" ringtone service), You should always benchmark your site with few of them. Your service and support should match with the requirement of the mainstream customers and to the most advanced handset available in market.
