I am just wondering that I will be helped here or not ... as this forum seems good and professional networking but I guess the rules are bit stirct I need to ask about a website but just afraid that will I be banned if I'll post the link?

Depends what it is and why you're posting it. But unless it's spam, you have nothing to worry about. You won't be banned; the link will likely just be removed if inappropriate.
In fact, you haven't been here long enough to post a link. Just post you link as text like www(dot)google(dot)com and we'll figure it out.
