Contract for businesses to sign
I need to create a small contract for them to sign which essentially states that they will agree to honor the coupon that I hand out to customers. I've looked around online, but I can't seem to find the appropriate keywords to search for, so would appreciate if anyone could assist in this matter.
I have talked to a number of lawyers, and have realized that attorneys in this town all suck.... They want to charge upto about $400/hour... that is, if they even want to help out. Some lawyers just tell me they aren't interested in helping out.. I'm guessing because it's only an hour or 2 of work. Lawyers are all greedy dagnabit. Anyways, I'm trying to come up with at least an outline so that I can take it to a lawyer to correct and will be in there for less than an hour (hopefully). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
