Contract help
Ok.... i need to create a contract with some information supplied by one of my customers... but the thing is that i dont know how to create a contract.. i have never created a contract before.. and i was wondering if anyone can help me out? what i have to do is attached here.. but its in spanish... but its a webjob... so i was wondering if anyone can help me out.

Hey Dude,

Can't help much with the contract issue (I use a general one, butchered to fit the job) but try this language translator. I have found it more accurate than some for Spanish - English - Spanish stuff.

You'll find that the best advice anyone can give in this situation is to speak with a lawyer about it. Chances are, while I'm sure many people can be a great help, we'll probably miss some things as we are not trained lawyers. If we miss things, it can be detrimental to you and your possible contract. So I urge you to speak things over with a contract lawyer in your area to make sure you have everything you need.

Thats the problem... i cant find a local lawyer that knows anything about copyright and etc... grrrr.. but i took the time to check out an example one and modified it... and was wondering if anyone can take a look at it
