Copy&Pasting descriptions from site to site
I'm going to use Podcastalley.com as an example--not saying they're doing anything wrong because they must not be--to clarify my question. The podcasts listed on PodcastAlley have the same episode descriptions as the episode descriptions on the podcasts' respective websites and I was wondering if there needs to be an agreement between the podcast owner and PodcastAlley before the same description can be used on PodcastAlley. Does PodcastAlley need to talk to a podcast owner before PodcastAlley decides to use the podcast owner's description of one of his or her episodes? Or could PodcastAlley simply copy the description for every new podcst episode and use it on their website without notifying the podcst owner? Thanks for any and all help.

if they are the owners of the content than you need permission from them, else you need permission from the owner of the product in this case the podcast and the description you would also need a permission but why not just change a few frases and say it's yours
