Copyright law
supposed i wanted to sell on my siet a tshirt with the ferrari logo, or a picture of Mr T- would i be allowed?
or does this impinge on copyright law? thanks |

Violating a trademark can be a lot more serious than violating a copyright, by the way. Companies don't take people bypassing the licensing and marketing lightly, and if they see a product affiliation they believe defames the company image in any way they will send an army of attorneys at you. Most companies like Ferrari will have a branding and licensing mechanism. Find them, sign the agreement, pay them and you're good to go.
