How can I find out if a name is copyrighted (or lefted at that)?

How If I copyright my site and find my things on another site. What do I do after I tell them that I want it removed and they don't.

By "name" do you mean title?

If so, they can't be copyrighted. Perhaps you're thinking of trademarks.
