Creating Ad Server

Hello So I am in the process of creating a simple ad server that that is to be easily integrated with forums and blogs. I want to know if you guys know of any ad exchanges or networks that I can integrate with my ad server to server ads when there is none available to be served. I also want to be able to take a % of the revenue from the ads served from these ad exchanges or networks.
