Document Templates [TOS/AUP/Privacy Policy]

I am in the process of establishing yet another business. I decided that this round is going to be done as close to the books as possible. Thus, I am currently handling the task of authoring a business plan, as well as various other business documents.

My current hang-up lies with the crucial documents, such as the "Terms of Service", "Acceptable Use Policy", and "Privacy Policy". I know I could just hack up something simple for each, but I want to make sure all my bases are covered.

I do intend to consult a business attorney before anything is finalized, but I would like to have the bulk of the work done beforehand, as my partner and I are trying to a) do as much as we can so we know what we're doing, and b) keep the external costs as low as possible.

Having that been said, I have found myself at a dead-end with the above mentioned documents. The most I have been to author for each is the title. I've looked at other business' documents, but I don't want to copy word-for-word, and I want something that is tailored to fit the needs of my business.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good document templates for the TOS, AUP, and Privacy Policy? If you would like more specific information about the business just drop me a PM, but aside from that, where do I start?

Thanks guys.
