I have 3 Questions

I need to get email alerts via SMS, is this possible..??

Does Gmail, hotmail, yahoo offer such service..??

Or is there any free programs who offer this service..??

Yes it exist
Yes Of course you can do that through yahoo. Yahoo has started the email alerts SMS Service but currently it is paid and not offered to non paid member. Second solution depends on the location of you.
