Employment Contracts?
Does anyone know if a business is required in the US to give employees a copy of their employment contract for your own records?

Common sense would say that if you sign a contract, or the expect you to abide by a contract, that you would have a copy of it.

I don't know about it being a requirement, but it is probably something that's in the interests of both the employer and the employee, and could save a lot of problems if it's clearly laid out.
