Entrepreneurial ideas, PLEASE READ
I am a entrepreneurial student looking to graduate and start my own business. I am looking for any ideas, or ways that I can help out an industry with either a service or a product.
This website seems to have a large professional base of people who know their industry well. I would greatly appreciate it if you could vent your industry frustrations or just let me know any thing that could make the developing industry better. I thank you for your time, Dan Please feel free to email me at hobbsd@uwec.edu |

Wait more than 5 minutes next time you ask a question and need a reply.
With that said, think of an idea yourself. If we give you an idea, chances are that you wouldn't have the heart and desire to pursue it. Pick something near and dear to you, personally, and you will have a better chance of success. If you really don't want to think of your own idea, go to Border's and pick up one of the many "101 businesses you can start with little or no money in your own house" books. |

If you have to ask for ideas for a business, then you're not an entrepreneur, and besides, if people had ideas for big-money businesses, they would be doing them themselves.

Quote:
What are you obsessed with? Whatever is it, put it in boxes and sell it. If you accepted someone else's idea you read here, you're unlikely to have the interest in the business to keep you going at it 50 hours a week. People start and operate businesses that involve something they love doing or are already experienced at in some other capacity. On the "looking for ideas" basis you're laying out here, you're best off investing in someone else's business rather than trying to start your own. |
