EULAs
Do EULA's overule local law? I mean if I created a piece of software and said in the EULA "By installing this software you promise not to sue me If it doesn't do what I say it does and it has lots of bugs and it deletes all your data and etc etc".
I mean if you purchased a piece of software like that it may go against the trade descriptions act (UK Law) since it may not do what it says it does. But since you have accepted the EULA do you waive all your rights to sue the company? Thanks |

EULAs are not laws, so, no. :-)
