Help w/ Credit Card Authorization Process
I would like to verify the credit card information before the user finalize the checkout process. I do not want to charge the credit card so I won’t need the merchant account.
I believe it can be done with a payment gateway like authorize.net. Who would I need to contact to get this service? And other than authorize.net, what other services are available and any recommendation? Also, any ideas on the rates? Thank you.

You also need a merchant account account to be tied to the electronic payment gateway
