I'm trying to write a contract
Im buying this business and i need help with how to write it
First of all the seller and I had agree that when I purchase the business I will take over the lease on the business and responsiblity. Just need a simple short contract agreement between I and the seller. No broker involve. Please help

When it comes to something as big as purchasing a business, you would be best to consult a lawyer to make sure there are no loopholes that the previous owner may be able to use against you. If you're purchasing a business, it's well worth the extra $100 or so dollars on a lawyer to make sure everything is in order.
