How can I enlarge my business

Hey, I'm starting my business that offer dedicated servers (and other kinds servers) to my clients.

But I'm really confused how I can enlarge my business ?
How can I let more clients know me and will do business with me ? I believe that I can do my best and will make clients satisfied.

Who can give me some helpful suggestions on my work ? So thanks a lot .

Thanks.
But I'm really confused about how to find more clients. We provide servers in Asia, esp in China.
And I see that people who need servers will want to order a good one . So.....

do you have a business plan? In developing your plan, these kinds of questions get answered by the marketing research that you will need to do. Have you done your market research and any kind of polls? Do you know the demographics of your current clients? Do you know who your competitors are in the same market where you are? Find the top 25 competitors in your market. What do they offer? How many employees do they have? Don't make any opinions yet.

In Canada, we have a lot of coffee shops. Then Starbuck$ came in and simply moved in next door at every other coffee shop!! Didn't look like they did the market research yet are very successful. So, look at your competitors. See what they do and see if you can do it better or slightly differently to make a niche market for yourself. This is what a SWAW is. Now look at your 25 competitors and make a SWaW chart of your top 15 competitors.

(SWaW)
Strenghts,
Weaknesses
and What you've learned

Again, don't make any opinions until you've finished the analysis. Only after you have done the analysis can you truely KNOW, in the most objective manner possible, what's going on, and more importantly, what you can do about it!

The analysis will tell you if you're an also-ran, or a niche market. Maybe the analysis will tell you something about the market not generally obvious, and therefore supply a new edge to your business not known before. Then you will feel empowered with your business!

Hope this helps

Thanks a lot. It's so nice of you.
I see. I know some of competitors in China. And I'm sure I can provide the best servers and the best service to my clients. And I view their website and know well what they're doing.
And of course, people who need a full server will look for providers from internet. But most providers can't promise the service.

Hm.You see, how can I find more clients who want to order a full server ?

i see. hmmm. The real answer is that no one knows. You have to find them yourself.

what are the characteristics of full server customers versus other users? Maybe this will point to a unlikely industry that needs these services. ie: game servers, streaming hosts etc

Try a SWaW on 5 of your competitors. Don't make any opinions or judgements yet. Just get the information down. Who are their customers really? Email your competitors! Ask them about their services or about getting into the industry and what they're doing. You'd be surprised how frank most people are. (or pretend you're a potential customer looking for information etc)

Everyone has a different perspective with their technology. But those industries aren't going to jump out and say hi, so you have to do some research first. Only then can you really say what's real and what's just opinion. The standard opinion might be, and is usually wrong. Even more so as technology changes, demands change etc.

What are the standard demands of a full server client? Create a checklist, and then compare to your competitors. Ask customers of such services that are not with you about what they were looking for. Change your checklist as your get more information. Some of them might not be satisfied with their services. Even if they're not, you will get current market information. Then..finally.. then you will know.

Hope this helps
cheers

And I will try my best and let more potential customers know well about us and our service.

And people who need servers can contact me. I'm sure we can provide the best service here.
