How to correctly mention company names?
Hello,
I am going to have a "Microsoft News" section on my website with the news being provided by an RSS feed from Microsoft. Beside i am going to place the Windows Vista Orb. Should i have a statement saying something like - Quote:
And should i use the "TM" text when i mention the name "Microsoft"? Just thought it was best to be on the safe side, Thanks, |

http://www.microsoft.com/library/to...arks/en-us.mspx Microsoft gives plenty of information on the proper names of their trademarks and their trademark statuses (® or TM). It also has their guidelines for using the names of their products. |
