How to correctly mention company names?
Hello,

I am going to have a "Microsoft News" section on my website with the news being provided by an RSS feed from Microsoft. Beside i am going to place the Windows Vista Orb.

Should i have a statement saying something like -

Quote:
"News" sections' content provided by RSS feeds. blah.tld is in no way affilated, sponsored or authorised with/by Microsoft Corporation.
The "Windows Vista Orb" is a trademark of Microsoft Corp.


And should i use the "TM" text when i mention the name "Microsoft"?

Just thought it was best to be on the safe side,

Microsoft gives plenty of information on the proper names of their trademarks and their trademark statuses (® or TM). It also has their guidelines for using the names of their products.

Thanks very much, I see i should use the "R" symbol when mentioning names like: Microsoft or Windows.
