How to Direct Deposit programatically?
Hi, all,
I have been looking for a bank who allows its accounts to be accessed via web service like SOAP or something similar. Specifically what I would like to be able to do is be able to deposit money to any bank account that allows direct deposit using a routing and account number from my own application. I am flexible in my environment; I can use PHP, Java, Python, or Ruby if need be to interface with the bank (although if it is a SOAP or CURL thing, that shouldn't matter) Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You won't have direct access to an account. You'll need to use a third party provider to do this. I would suspect any echeck provider would be what you're looking for.
