How to Register a Copyright for a Product?

Hey
Say I have a product ready. I want to sell it to my customers. But before I do I need to register a copyright. How can I register a copyright? and I want to sell it so what about the taxes and everything. I live in England UK.

In the US it's loc.gov/copyright to file and get forms.

Gee thxz.. But that reffered me to www.copyright.gov. I think I should contact my lawyer for more help. But I wish there was something like copyright.gov.uk

You're can file in the US. Obviously, England and the USA are at the top of the list of the international copyright treatise. The US Library of Congress is pretty much a defacto standard for copyright records. Everyone files in the US. But ... there is something like copyright.gov.uk, it's .... (drumroll) ...
