I need a paypal account
Hi.
I want to subscribe at paypal to buy and sell on ebay, but i cannot because Egypt is not in their list country. Is their any way to open us account? We have citi bank and hsbc here in Egypt, if i opened an account in one of them, could i use that account in paypal? Thanks

You see, there are international banking laws that apply. Additionally, the USAPATRIOT act added even more layers of red tape. For this reason, it's doubtful. They have seemed to work hard to get the countries they do have and maybe they will eventually be able to add Egypt, but there's obvious reasons why this is problematic in consideration of the regulations.
You may wish, however, to directly contact paypal and inquire with them if and when they will ever be able to accomodate you.
