Incorporating and Opening a US Bank Account from abroad

I am about to start 2 separate internet-based business from abroad and need to incorporate and open a business banking account.

I am considering a wide range of offshore locations and also incorporating as a Delaware LLC. Since I am not physically in the USA or any of the other potential locations I need a service that handles all of the paperwork and establishes a bank account so that I can begin to accept transactions via PayPal and Checkout.

Most of my customers will likely be in Spain (i.e. in Euros).

Any recommendations?

- Copy of National Identity Card (e.g. Driver's licenses)

Address Documents

- Utility Bill (e.g. electricity, gas or water bill, or tax bill)
- Bank / Credit Cards Statement for last 3 months or Reference letter from current banker (must state that the account is in good standing)"
