Unhappy internet acess through win 98

    undefined
we have a computer running win98 and has the internet connection on it. and networked through a switch is a computer running winXP. also on this switch are 3 canon photo copiers used as printers. the copiers have been pre assigned IP addys in 192.168.56.xxx wich we cannot change

the win 98 computer is .51 and XP is .70

what we want to do is get the xp computer to connect to the internet through the 98 one.

i can't use the wizard disk thingy coz that changes the ip addresses and disconnects them from the copiers. any suggestions.

Windows XP has connection sharing built in. Can't you just connect through that, and plug the win98 into the XP?
