Legal action

hi all!

I have developed a website, which is a readymade one. I sale the script to one person by allowing him to use for a single domain.

now I am seeing that my script is being used for more than one domain!!! Can I take any legal action? I am from India.

I am a freelancer.

What did your attorney that helped create your TOS say about this? Hm, maybe you did not have one or your copied a TOS from someone else? That's OK, but it does not fully protect you. You might contact Jeffrey Cohen of Internet Litigators to see if he can help you.

Next time you could for example encode your script and build in some sort of protection that makes it only work on a specific list of domain names.

I have already tried with POBS, have got some softwares too to encode php files. And thinking to develop a script by own for encryption also

But I am a bit in confusion regarding the script which I have sold. there is very good market also.

Could you please provide some urls where I can get these type of encryption softwares, if you know?

Another option would be Zend Encoder.

Take help of an Internet Litigators. He/she might help you in a better way. As per my concern certain Legal Law should be there to protect such scams.
