I'm currently seeking advice in next task:
I have a small beta search engine which walks through websites and collects those file links that reside on file sharing services, saving the website source / url / file url / other meta info..
Now i recently been getting DMCA removal notices through Google Webmasters, and am removing the inappropriate/illegal/copyright links. I'm worried if it is fine to rely on Google Webmasters panel or do i need own form on a website for agencies to be able to notify me? Also, do i need to put a Terms & Conditions page to provide information about the website usage?
PS: the website is hosted in the US

Talk to a copyright laywer. A real one. That costs money. That's the only person that will be able to give you any reasonable advice. Anything said on a forum like this is (at best) opinion and conjecture.

Thanks, this is what i eventually want to do, but was anyway curious if someone had a similar question. I'm obviously going to make a DMCA notice page even before speaking with a lawyer
