Legal Ownership of Domains & Websites
I've recently registered a Wisconsin LLC and I should like to make it the legal owner of all my domains and websites. As of now, I, as a personal entity, am the legal owner of all, but I'm also the only organizer of my LLC, so is anything required for me to declare the LLC as the legal owner? What I want to do is to add my LLC as the company which owns the domains; I'd also like to replace my name with my LLC in my sites Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and various Copyright statements.
