Legally blocking access
I remember hearing a long time ago that there was a bill passed in the US saying that if you say that certain people can't access your website (i.e. law enforcement), they legally can't access your website? Just something I rememebr hearing about, and I was wondering if anyone had any information on it.

I don't know for sure, but that sounds bogus to me.

jharnois is correct. There is no such bill. If you don't want people to access your site, you gotta do much more than say "you can't access it". Once you make a website available, it's available to everyone unless you take active measures for restriction.
